Everything was very good, attentive staff, awesome views of the bay. The hotel had a central setting right near the centre of town. Moreover, it's just off restaurants and shopping, resturants and large park and walkways. Truly enjoyed this enjoyable stay for two nights.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn't be better, right near the centre of town and within walking distance to Caroline bay. The view over the bay was simply breathtaking. The room was incredibly spacious, with a lovely amount of space to relax and unwind. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced. I also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, it made staying connected a breeze. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

During our stay at Bay Viaduct, my family and I couldn't get enough of the wonderful spa bath sessions after a long day of traveling. The amount of space in the room was perfect for our kids to stretch out and relax, and the view of Caroline Bay was absolutely breathtaking. The overall experience was fantastic, and both adults and kids alike had a memorable time.

I spent the Christmas holiday season at a lovely hotel in a great location. the rooms were large, clean and well-equipped. the view from the balcony was stunning, giving us the chance to appreciate the picturesque surroundings. I was impressed by the welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
The design of one of the cupboards in the kitchen which was located in an awkward position. My friend hit her head badly due to this and the staff mentioned that we were not the first guests to have such an injury.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were tastefully designed and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It was easy for me to navigate through the premises, with no stairs or obstacles in my way.
I do wish there were more amenities specifically tailored for senior people. Perhaps a designated area with comfortable seating and reading materials would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

Spacious rooms with a lovely view of the bay from the top floor. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city without needing a car. there is a fantastic cafe nearby that's accessible via a short walk. We had an excellent stay, and I appreciated the friendly staff who made our trip even better.
The hotel's elevators were not functioning properly, so we had to use the stairs, which was challenging for us as the rooms were on the upper floors. Another issue was the noise coming from the room next door;
